"Get That On Socials Guys!" Abbey's Vibration Plate & Attic Mice Squatters | AMA

We're back in the barn for another episode of The Therapy Crouch!

Pete and Abbey kick off with the harsh realities of their ongoing home renovation, complete with building delays, rising costs, and mice moving into the attic before they can. Abbey explains her latest obsession with a vibration plate for lymphatic health, while Pete wonders if anyone genuinely lies on their deathbed regretting never running a marathon.

The conversation spirals into futuristic tech paranoia, childhood discipline, and classic school memories. Between Abbey’s terrifying nun-run Catholic school encounters and Pete getting pinged in the head by chalk-armed science teacher,.The pair also debate whether dissecting mice in biology class was actually real or completely made up.

Plus, Abbey teases an energy-draining party trick she mastered in Norway, and we tackle an Agony Ab from a Durham uni student who got caught saying the unthinkable right in front of his dissertation lecturer.
