A jury remains deadlocked in the Lindsay Clancy murder trial after the judge delivers a final instruction urging jurors to reconsider their positions. A judge allows the charges against the alleged leader of a Penn State fraternity cocaine ring to move forward and grants him $250,000 bail. The parents of five-year-old Saylor Hayes face charges after investigators accuse them of leaving her unsupervised and misleading crews searching for her. Tiger Woods accepts a plea deal in his Florida DUI case that avoids jail but suspends his driver’s license for five years.
