'My Father Killed My Mother Because She Had An Affair'

In 1992, Gemma was three years old when her father killed her mother after he discovered that she had had an affair. Her mother, Carol Quinton's name was dragged through the courts and her affair was cited as 'provocation' - which meant his charge was lowered to manslaughter and he was out of prison after two and a half years. As soon as he was released, Gemma put back into his care.

Gemma has now broken away from her father and now wants to be her mothers voice. She wants people to learn from her experience and she wants to bring attention to Jade's Law, an important piece of legislation that needs voices and signatures via a petition.
