Matt discovers that his highly paid security guard gig is actually for Dimato Industries. Given that he was the investigating officer in the Naomi/Dimato bribery case, it’s a clear conflict of interest, and Matt knows he has no choice but to resign immediately. Unable to keep up with the mortgage repayments, Matt is forced to confess about taking a second job to Lauren.
