She is vulnerable discussing her past fears and what it took her to learn the true meaning and value of tackling them and defeating them. We then discuss the importance of accountability but also the willingness to seek help and find safety nets. This transitions into the connection of mental and physical health and how they intertwine. We then discuss ways of healing through relationships along with living with an open heart.
