Magda finally manages to catch up with Wilmott-Brown to find out why his solicitors are ignoring her request to exchange contracts on Number 43, only to find out he's accepted a higher offer on the house, leaving her gazumped for a third time. Upset about both losing yet more money in trying to buy a house and her recent break-up with Wicksy, she decides to leave Walford that day to go and live with a friend who has a spare room in Fulham.
